# A 14-day free trial, with a verified card and usage billing

## What changed

A new account now starts with a 14-day free trial of the plan you choose.

- On the payment page of Mollie you enter a credit or debit card. It is verified with a payment of zero, and the trial starts.
- The plan fee is not charged during the trial. Pay-per-use items, such as AI generation and e-mails sent from your mailbox, are recorded and collected when the trial ends.
- **Settings** -> **Account** -> **Plan & Usage** shows the days left, what will be charged and when, and your trial usage against its limit.
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and pay no plan fee.
- **Start my plan now** ends the trial early, and **Update card** replaces the card without a charge.

A company gets one free trial. Within 30 days of your first payment you can ask for the plan fee back from **Plan & Usage**; usage charges are not refunded.
