# Integrations overview: what Enydea connects to

## How to read this page

Each row names a service, what Enydea uses it for, where you set it up, and one limitation to know about. Availability and the number of connected accounts can depend on your plan. See [Pricing](https://enydea.com/en/pricing) or **Settings** -> **Account** -> **Plan & Usage**.

## Email and calendar

| Service | What it is for | Set up in | Limitation |

| Microsoft Office 365 | Read, send and sync your mail in **Mailbox**. A company shared mailbox is also possible. | **Settings** -> **Email Integration** -> **Your Personal Mailbox** | The shared mailbox is Office 365 only, and only a company admin connects it. A **Temporary connection (no admin approval)** lasts about 1 hour. |
| Google Gmail | Read, send and sync your mail in **Mailbox**. | **Settings** -> **Email Integration** -> **Your Personal Mailbox** | If **Connect Account** does not finish, use IMAP / SMTP with a Gmail app password instead. |
| IMAP / SMTP | Any other mail provider, with presets for Gmail or Google Workspace, Outlook.com or Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Fastmail and Zoho. | **Settings** -> **Email Integration** -> **Your Personal Mailbox** | Uses a username and password, not a sign-in page. Enydea checks the connection when you connect. |
| Mailgun sending | Bulk campaigns from your own domain, with open and click tracking. | **Settings** -> **Email Integration** -> **Email & Domain Setup** | The domain must be verified (**Verify Domain**) before campaigns send. Campaigns are sent at a limited pace per sending domain. |
| Outlook calendar | Lets booking links see when you are free and add booked meetings. | **Settings** -> **Email Integration** -> **Outlook Calendar** | Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendars only. A mailbox connection does not include calendar access. |

## Social, messaging and advertising

| WhatsApp Business | Message templates and chat with customers through a Meta WhatsApp Business account. | **Social Media** -> **WhatsApp Business** | Only approved templates reach people outside the 24-hour window. The chat panel cannot start a conversation with a new number. |
| LinkedIn | Post from your profile or company pages. | **Social Media** -> **Connect Accounts** | If your pages are not listed, add a page by its id or admin URL. |
| Facebook and Instagram | Post to Facebook and connect Instagram. | **Social Media** -> **Connect Accounts** | Instagram uses the Facebook sign-in and does not appear under **Select Accounts** in the post form. |
| X (Twitter) | Post short updates, 280 characters at most. | **Social Media** -> **Connect Accounts** | If media cannot be attached, the post goes out as text only. |
| Pinterest | Pins with an image or video. | **Social Media** -> **Connect Accounts** | The post form has no board field, and a Pin needs a board. |
| Google Ads | Build, enable and monitor campaigns, set budgets, sync audiences. | **Advertising** -> **Manage Accounts** | Enydea creates the campaign but not the ads. Enabling a campaign spends real budget. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Measure your website. Enter your Measurement ID (starts with `G-`). | **Settings** -> **Website Tracking** -> **Tracking Integrations** | The tag loads on your site only after visitors give consent. |
| Tracking tags | Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar. | **Settings** -> **Website Tracking** -> **Tracking Integrations**, or **Configure Tracking Tag** in **Advertising** | An ID in the wrong format is not loaded. TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag and HubSpot IDs can be saved but are not loaded. |

## Business systems and AI

| Service | What it is for | Set up in | Limitation |

| Mollie | Paying for your Enydea subscription at checkout. Invoices are in **Settings** -> **Invoices**. | When you register, or **Renew Subscription** on the expired page | The payment methods shown depend on Enydea's own Mollie account. |
| Connected systems | Quoting and lead push to an external sales system, from an opportunity. | **Settings** -> **Integrations** -> **Connected systems** | The systems you can choose from are provided by Enydea and may not include yours. |
| AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) | Work with your Enydea data from Claude or ChatGPT. | **Settings** -> **Integrations** -> **Connect an AI assistant** | Needs a plan with custom connectors in the assistant. ## Not supported

- Posting to YouTube. It cannot be connected.
- Building Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest or TikTok ad campaigns. The cards on the **Advertising** page only open **Social Media**.
- Google Calendar for booking links. Booking links need an Outlook calendar.
