# AI assistant and agents: let AI do the routine work

## What it does
- **CHAT mode** answers questions about your data and proposes actions.
- **AGENT mode** runs multi-step tasks, for example finding leads and decision-maker emails, creating outreach drafts, checking Google Ads spend or mailing open rates, and analysing website traffic.
- **You confirm** the actions the assistant proposes: nothing happens until you select Confirm.
- **Scheduled agent tasks** run a written instruction by themselves, or when you start them.
