Brand kit: the brand the Enydea AI agent writes for

Last updated:

What the brand kit is

The brand kit holds the brand your company markets under: its name, website, colours, font, tone of voice, standard hashtags, content guidelines, logos and other marketing files. The Enydea AI agent reads it before it writes marketing content. Each company has one brand kit. Its name can differ from the company name in your account, for example when you sell under a trading name.

The brand kit is a card on Settings -> Integrations, below MCP servers.

Note: The Brand kit card is in English only, also in the Dutch, German and French app.

Before you start

  • Everyone in your company can see the brand kit. Only company admins can save changes. For anyone else, saving shows an error. See Team and roles.
  • Have your logo ready as a PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, SVG or PDF file of at most 15 MB.

Fill in the brand kit

  1. Select the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar to open Settings, then open the Integrations tab. Scroll down to Brand kit.
  2. Enter the Brand name as it appears in public. It is required: Save brand kit stays unavailable without it.
  3. Fill in what applies to you:
    • Tagline.
    • Website and Booking link. Both must start with https://.
    • Font: the name of your brand font.
    • Video voice: a voice-over preset. See Limits below.
    • Primary, Secondary and Dark: select a swatch to pick a colour. A colour that shows — is not set.
    • Content guidelines — what to stress and what to leave out and Tone of voice, each up to 2,000 characters. Write them as instructions, for example "Lead with delivery times; never mention prices."
    • Standard hashtags.
  4. Select Save brand kit. The message Brand kit saved confirms it.

Add logos and files

Save the brand kit with a name first. A file cannot be added to a kit that has not been saved.

  1. Under Logos and marketing files, choose a type in Add as: Logo (for dark backgrounds), Logo (for light backgrounds), Icon, Brochure, Image, Document or Other.
  2. Select Upload file and choose the file.
  3. The file appears in the list with its type and size. open shows it. The bin icon removes it from the kit after you confirm.

What Enydea accepts:

  • PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, SVG or PDF, up to 15 MB. Enydea checks the contents of the file, not its name.
  • SVG files that contain scripts or embedded content are refused. For every SVG, Enydea also keeps a PNG copy, which the preview uses.
  • One file per logo type and one icon. A new upload of that type replaces the old one in the kit. Brochures, images, documents and other files add up.

Warning: Every file in the brand kit gets a link that opens without signing in. Do not add confidential documents. Removing or replacing a file takes it out of the kit, but the stored copy and its link remain.

How the AI agent uses it

  • In AGENT mode of the AI Assistant and in scheduled AI Agents tasks, the agent has a tool that reads the brand kit. The agent is told to read it before it writes any marketing content, post or video, and to follow it. It sees every field and the links to the files.
  • When the logo, the brand colours, the website or the content guidelines are missing, the agent is told what is missing. When there is no brand kit at all, it is told to ask you for the brand name, logo, colours, website and content focus.
  • You can ask the agent to change the brand kit, or to add a file from a public https:// link, for example "Add our logo from https://www.example.com/logo.svg as the logo for dark backgrounds." Enydea downloads its own copy. A link that redirects elsewhere is refused.
  • The tools that change the kit refuse to run without an approval flag, and the agent is told to ask you first. Each AGENT message starts a new run that does not see your earlier messages, so a bare "yes" does not complete the change. Repeat the change and say that you approve it.
  • Claude or ChatGPT connected through the Enydea connector have the same brand kit tools. See AI assistant connector.

Limits

  • CHAT mode of the AI Assistant does not read the brand kit. Use AGENT mode for content that should follow it.
  • The brand kit is guidance for the AI agent, not a filter. Read what the agent writes before you send or publish it.
  • The card says generated videos use the kit's logo, colours and voice. Visualization (Image Editor, Scene Creator and Video Editor) does not read the brand kit, and neither do the screens where you write content yourself, such as Mailings, Landing Pages and Social Media. Add your logo and colours there yourself. See Visualization.
  • The brand kit is separate from Appearance in Settings -> Account, which holds your standard font, colours, signature and company logo. Changing one does not change the other. See Settings reference.
