Navigating Enydea: menu, accounts, notifications and help

Before you start

Sign in first. See Sign in and manage your account.

The screen at a glance

After you sign in, the screen has four parts:

  • A left menu with the areas of the product, the Current Account selector, and a footer with your name and a row of icons.
  • The menu icon at the top left and the notifications bell at the top right.
  • The main area, which shows the screen you opened.
  • A round AI button at the bottom right.

On a wide window (1200 pixels or more) the left menu opens by itself. On a narrower window, click the menu icon at the top left to open it. The close icon inside the menu closes it. On a phone the screen is arranged differently; see On a phone below.

The left menu

The menu has these items, in this order. The first three stand on their own. The others are grouped under the headings Sales & CRM (Relations to Scheduling), Marketing (Mailings to Landing Pages) and Content (Visualization and Files).

Settings is not in the list. It is the gear icon in the footer of the menu. See Settings reference.

The Current Account selector

Under the menu items you find the field Current Account, with the hint Select Relation. It sets the marketing relation you work in. A marketing relation is a relation in your CRM that has the Marketing Relation box ticked. Several areas keep their data per marketing relation, such as connected social accounts, mailings, forms and files. They need to know which one you mean.

If none is selected, you see a message instead of the screen:

AreaWhat you see without a selection
MailingsPlease select Relation
Social MediaNo Relation Selected
FilesPlease select a relation first
FormsPlease select a relation first, when you create a form
VisualizationAn empty page

To choose a marketing relation:

  1. Click Current Account.
  2. Type part of the name, or scroll the list.
  3. Click the relation.

The list shows only marketing relations. During sign-up Enydea creates a relation with your company name, marks it as a marketing relation, and selects it for you. A newly invited team member can start with an empty field and must pick one.

To add another marketing relation:

  1. Open Relations and select the relation.
  2. Tick Marketing Relation.

Only company admins can tick this box. Your subscription limits how many marketing relations you can have. When the limit is reached, the message Too many marketing relations appears and the box stays unticked. See Plans and billing.

Notifications

The bell at the top right shows a badge with the number of unread notifications. New ones arrive while you work.

  1. Click the bell. A panel titled Notifications opens, newest first. Each row shows what happened, for example New entry on "Contact", a short recap such as the values a visitor filled in, and the type and time, for example Form entry · 5 min ago.
  2. Click a row to open the item itself. The notification is marked read and leaves the list.
  3. To mark one read without opening it, click its tick (Mark as read). The X (Delete) deletes it. Mark all read at the top marks the whole list read.

Where a click takes you:

NotificationOpens
Form entry, also from a landing pageForms, with that entry open from Form entries
ChatChats, with that chat room open
File, for example a finished videoThe relation's Files tab
LeadFinderLeadfinder
MailingMailings

Some older form notifications do not name their entry. They open the entry submitted within five minutes of the notification, if there is one. If the form was deleted, That form is no longer available appears.

The list shows unread notifications only. Read ones stay listed under Settings -> System Logs -> Log Messages until you delete them. To choose which kinds of notifications you also get by push or e-mail, open Settings -> Account -> Notifications. The link in such a push message or e-mail opens the same item as a click in the bell.

The AI button

The AI button at the bottom right opens the Enydea AI assistant on any screen. On a phone it is the Enydea logo at the right of the top bar. The panel carries a BETA badge and has a chat mode and an agent mode. See AI assistant and agents.

Help

The question-mark icon in the menu footer has the tooltip Start Tour. It starts a short intro with two steps. It is not a walkthrough of the product. The intro also starts by itself when you sign in, until you skip it. Enydea has no other help centre inside the app. This documentation is the manual.

Theme, account and sign-out icons

The footer of the menu also holds these icons:

  • Settings, the gear icon.
  • Toggle to dark theme or Toggle to bright theme. See Sign in and manage your account.
  • Switch Account, shown when two or more accounts have signed in on this browser.
  • Log out.

On a phone

Enydea works in the web browser of a phone. Open https://app.enydea.com/login and sign in as you do on a computer; there is nothing to install. On a screen narrower than 768 pixels:

  • A bar at the top holds the menu icon, the name of the area you are in, the notifications bell and the AI button.
  • The menu slides over the page. It closes when you pick an item or tap beside it.
  • Dialogs fill the width of the screen when you hold the phone upright.
  • Screens with a list and a detail show one at a time. Tap an item to open it and the back arrow at the top to return to the list. This works in Relations (also on its Calls/Messages, Contact Person and Opportunities tabs) and in Mailings -> Campaigns.
  • On screens such as Relations, Mailings and Settings the tabs show only their icons.

The drag-and-drop editors need a larger screen. On a phone Mailings opens on Campaigns, and the Template Editor shows a note that it works best on a computer or tablet. Use a computer or tablet for the mail template editor and for Visualization.

Language

Choose the language in Settings -> Account. Every screen is available in English, Dutch, German and French.
