Action item — An entry in Action Items: an e-mail to answer, a task, a form submission, a draft mailing, a chat message or a CRM follow-up. See Action Items.
AI agent task — A prompt saved under AI Agents that the AI runs on a schedule (manual only, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly), using CRM, e-mail, calendar and file tools. See AI assistant and agents.
AI assistant — The assistant that opens from the AI button, labelled BETA, with a chat mode and an agent mode. Most actions need your confirmation before they run. See AI assistant and agents.
Booking link — A link that lets customers pick a free time on the days you allow, and the booking lands in your Outlook calendar. See Scheduling and booking links.
Campaign — A named set of mailings in Mailings -> Campaigns: a first mailing plus follow-ups, sent to one or more mailing lists. See Mailings and campaigns.
Catalog — Your list of articles and services, which you can add to opportunities and use in Leadfinder searches. See Opportunities and quotes.
Chat room — A conversation that starts when a visitor uses the chat widget on your website, listed under Chats. See Chat widget.
Company admin — A team member with admin access to company-level settings: the team, Plan & Usage, the Marketing Relation box and the company shared mailbox. See Team and roles.
Connector — A link between Enydea and another system. Settings -> Integrations has two kinds: Connect an AI assistant and Connected systems for an external sales or quoting system. See Integrations overview.
Contact person — A person who belongs to a relation, with name, function, e-mail address, phone numbers and social profiles. See Relations and CRM.
Contract template — A reusable contract that you create in Settings -> Contracts and start from in Relations -> Contracts with From Template. See Contracts and e-signing.
CRM category — A rule-based segment of relations that fills itself, managed from the Mailing list screen with Manage auto-filter CRM categories. See Mailing lists and segments.
Current Account — The field in the left menu that sets which marketing relation you work in. See Navigating Enydea.
Custom field — A named list of values that you define in Settings -> Account and that appears as a drop-down on relations. See Settings reference.
Data deletion widget — A form for the visitors of your website to ask for deletion of their personal data. You manage the requests in Settings -> Data Deletion. See Privacy and compliance tools.
Dynamic list — A mailing list that builds its recipients from a live CRM segment and can refresh before each send. See Mailing lists and segments.
Follow-up mail — A mailing added under another mailing in a campaign with Add Follow-Up Mail. It can go to everyone, or only to people who opened or clicked the previous mail or visited a link. See Mailings and campaigns.
Form entry — One submission of a form. Entries are listed under Forms and can be added to the CRM. See Forms.
Hot / Cold — The Lead Score Hot/Cold slider on a relation, from 0 to 100. The Relations list is sorted by it, hottest first, by default. See Relations and CRM.
Landing page — A public page with an address that contains /p/ and a name you choose, built from sections such as hero, text, gallery and a form. See Landing pages.
Lead score — A number from 0 to 100 that Leadfinder shows on each company it finds, as in the tooltip Lead score: n/100. See Leadfinder.
Lead source — A place to look for companies, such as a trade show, a directory or an association. Leadfinder suggests them and crawls them. See Leadfinder.
Mailbox — Your e-mail account connected to Enydea (Microsoft Office 365, Google Gmail or IMAP / SMTP), and the screen that shows it. See Mailbox.
Mailing — One bulk e-mail that you design in the Template Editor and schedule in a campaign. See Mailings and campaigns.
Mailing list — A list of recipients for bulk e-mail that you fill by upload, by hand or from your CRM relations. See Mailing lists and segments.
Marketing relation — A relation with Marketing Relation ticked. You work in one at a time through Current Account, and your subscription limits how many you can have. See Navigating Enydea.
MCP — Short for Model Context Protocol. Enydea gives your company a connector address that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT work with your Enydea data after each person signs in. See Connect AI assistants with MCP.
Opportunity — A potential deal on a relation, with value, currency, line items, status and follow-up date. See Opportunities and quotes.
Primary user — The team member marked with a star who holds the owner role of the company account. See Team and roles.
Relation — A record in your CRM for a company or a person, holding contact persons, calls and messages, opportunities, files and contracts. See Relations and CRM.
Scene — An animated layout that you build in Visualization -> Scene Creator. You can convert it to a video or GIF, or share it with a link. See Image and video studio.
Seat — A place for one user in your subscription. Settings shows how many seats are in use. See Team and roles.
Segment — A set of rules, such as country, tag or e-mail opened, that selects relations or contacts. CRM categories, dynamic lists and retargeting audiences use the same rules. See Mailing lists and segments.
Sending domain — A domain that you register and verify in Settings -> Email Integration so that bulk e-mail can be sent from your own addresses. See Tutorial: set up a bulk e-mail domain.
Setup Wizard — The 13-step window that collects your company, target-customer, branding, mailbox, budget, tracking and team details. See Setup Wizard.
Shared mailbox — One Office 365 mailbox that a company admin connects and every team member can send from. See Team and roles.
Tag — A label you add to a relation. Tags drive filters and mailing lists. See Relations and CRM.
Tracking code — The JavaScript snippet in Settings -> Website Tracking that you paste into your website to record visitor activity. See Website tracking and consent.
