What Enydea is
Enydea is a web application for B2B marketing and sales teams. It keeps your CRM, lead discovery, email, social publishing, advertising and website tracking in one place. An AI assistant is built in and can help with many of the tasks.
You use it in a browser at https://app.enydea.com/login. The interface is available in English, Dutch, German and French.
The main areas
The left menu groups the product into a few jobs. The order below follows how most teams work.
Find companies and contacts
- Leadfinder runs AI market research, suggests places to look for companies, crawls them, and finds contact persons. See Leadfinder.
Keep them in your CRM
- Relations is the CRM. A relation is a company or a person, with contact persons, calls and messages, opportunities, files and contracts. See Relations and CRM and Opportunities and quotes.
- Action Items collects what needs attention: e-mail to answer, tasks, form submissions, draft mailings, chat messages and CRM follow-ups. See Action Items.
Reach out
- Mailbox shows the e-mail conversations of your connected mail account. See Mailbox.
- Mailings builds bulk e-mail and campaigns for mailing lists. See Mailings and campaigns and Mailing lists and segments.
- Social Media plans and publishes posts and holds the WhatsApp Business tools. See Social media and WhatsApp.
- Advertising builds and manages Google Ads campaigns and budgets. Its Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest cards only open Social Media, where you connect those accounts. See Google Ads and advertising.
- Scheduling gives customers a link to book a meeting with you. It needs an Outlook calendar. See Scheduling and booking links.
- Visualization creates images, scenes and videos. See Image and video studio.
Capture interest and track results
- Forms, Landing Pages and Chats collect enquiries from visitors. See Forms, Landing pages and Chat widget.
- The website tracking code records page views and other visitor activity on your site. See Website tracking and consent.
- Dashboard shows results as widgets. See Dashboard.
Also in the menu
- AI Agents runs AI tasks on a schedule. See AI assistant and agents.
- Files is the media library of the relation you work in. See Files and media library.
How the pieces connect
- Leadfinder finds companies. You add the ones you want to Relations.
- In Relations you keep contact persons, tags, notes and opportunities.
- You build mailing lists from your relations and send campaigns, publish posts or run ads.
- Your Mailbox holds your e-mail conversations. Form entries, chat messages and follow-ups show up in Action Items.
- The tracking code and the Dashboard show how people respond. You turn interest into opportunities and quotes.
Where to start
- Sign in, or create your account. See Sign in and manage your account.
- Work through the Setup Wizard. It asks for your company details, target customers and branding.
- Learn the screen layout in Navigating Enydea.
- Invite colleagues. See Team and roles.
- Connect your mailbox, add your first contacts, and send your first campaign.
Note: Some screens stay in English even when you switch the app to Dutch, German or French: Social Media, Google Ads, Action Items, Chats, Files and AI Agents.
