Dashboard: key numbers and widgets

Last updated:

What the Dashboard does

The Dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. At the top you see a row of summary numbers. Below it is a grid of widgets, and each widget is a chart or table built from your own Enydea data. You can keep a private dashboard for yourself and save others for your whole team.

Before you start

  • A widget stays empty until the feature behind it has data. An empty widget shows No data available and the hint Data will appear here once configured.
  • The widgets Website leads, Website data and Unified tracking need the website tracker. See Website tracking and consent.
  • The widgets Advertisements and Google Ads Performance count your Google Ads campaigns. See Google Ads and advertising.
  • The Google Analytics widget needs a Google Analytics account. When one is available, a GA Account list appears at the top of the Dashboard.

Read the summary numbers

The summary row can show Relations, Calls, Opportunities, Website Leads, Mailings, Social Channels, Action Items, Form Entries and Videos. A number only appears when it is greater than zero, so a new account shows few or none.

The first time you open it

On a new account the Setup Wizard opens by itself. See Setup wizard. You can also open it later from the gear menu next to Edit Mode.

The Enydea Dashboard with the navigation menu open, the Private and Team dashboard selectors and the first widgets

The Dashboard of a new account: summary tiles at the top, widgets below. The charts fill with data as you work.

The Welcome to Enydea card lists first steps. Click a row to go there:

  • Complete Setup Wizard opens the wizard. After you finish, the row reads Setup Complete.
  • Set up tracking opens Settings.
  • Add your first customers opens Relations. See Relations (CRM).
  • Create your first email campaign opens Mailings. See Mailings and campaigns.

Click the X on the card to close it. For videos and images, use Visualization in the side menu. See Image and video studio.

Until you save a dashboard, you see a Default Dashboard with eight widgets: CRM statistics, Salespipe, Website leads, Action Items, Social Media Messages, Mailing statistics, Advertisements and Unified tracking.

  4. Click Save Settings, or Delete Item to remove the widget.
  5. Open the gear menu next to Edit Mode and choose Save.

Private and team dashboards

The Private Dashboard list holds dashboards only you can open. The Team Dashboard list holds dashboards saved for your company.

  1. Build the dashboard you want.
  2. Open the gear menu. Tick Make available in Team only if the whole team should see it.
  3. Choose Save as New and enter a name.
  4. To open a dashboard, pick it from Private Dashboard or Team Dashboard.
  5. To make it the one that opens first, choose Set as default.

The gear menu also has Delete, Reload and Add new Dashboard.

AI dashboards

Click AI Dashboard and choose AI Smart (All Data), AI Ads & Conversions, AI CRM & Sales or AI Content & Social. Enydea builds a ready-made dashboard from the data your account already has. The badge AI Dashboard appears. It is not kept until you choose Save as New.

Ask AI about a widget

Click the sparkle icon in a widget header (Ask AI about this widget). The AI Assistant opens and sends a question about that widget, asking for insights and recommended actions. See AI Assistant and agents.

Export as PDF

Click the PDF icon (Export as PDF). Enydea turns the dashboard grid into a PDF and downloads it with the dashboard name as the file name.

Note: If nothing downloads, click the icon again. The button shows no error message.
