What Files does

Files in the left sidebar lists everything stored for the selected marketing relation: uploads, AI images you saved, rendered videos, PDFs and more. It is the same store the rest of Enydea uses, so a file you upload here can be picked in other screens (see "Where else you see these files" below).

Note: The Files screen is English only, also in the Dutch, German and French app.

Before you start

  • Select a marketing relation in Current Account in the sidebar. Files belong to a relation, and you see only the files of the relation you selected. Without one, the page shows No files found and Please select a relation to view files. If you select Upload anyway, the panel shows No Relation Selected.
  • To pick a relation, see Relations and CRM.

Find and sort files

The header shows the relation name and a count of files.

The Files screen with an empty library.

  • Type in Search files... to match file names and file types.
  • Switch between Grid view and List view. Grid cards show a thumbnail, name, size and date. The list has the columns Name, Type, Size, Date and Actions.
  • Select the filter icon to open Filters:
FilterChoices
File TypeAll Files, Images, Videos, Audio, Documents, Other
File SizeAny Size, Small (< 1 MB), Medium (1-10 MB), Large (10-50 MB), Very Large (> 50 MB)
Date AddedAny Date, Today, This Week, This Month, Last 3 Months, This Year
Sort ByNewest First, Oldest First, Name (A-Z), Name (Z-A), Largest First, Smallest First
  • Clear Filters resets them. Chips above the list show how many files of each type are on the current page; select a chip to filter by that type.
  • The page shows 24 files at a time. The paginator at the bottom changes this to 12, 48 or 96 and moves between pages.
  • Refresh reloads the list.

If a file is missing under a type filter, set File Type to All Files and search by name.

Upload files

  1. Select Upload. The Upload Files panel opens and names the relation, for example "Upload files to Acme".
  2. Drop files in the box, or select the button to choose them.
  3. Each file starts uploading as soon as you add it. The queue shows a progress bar, then Uploaded or Failed. When all uploads finish, the list refreshes and a message confirms the upload.

The panel shows the supported types and the maximum size, 50 MB per file. Supported types are PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, SVG, MP4, WebM, OGG video, AVI, MOV, PDF, plain text, Word (DOC, DOCX) and Excel (XLS, XLSX) files.

Warning: Files you upload here are not marked as secure. Anyone who has a file's link can open it without signing in. Do not upload confidential documents.

Work with a file

Open the three-dot menu on a card, or on a row in list view:

  • Preview (images and videos only) shows the file in a window with Download and Open in New Tab.
  • Open opens the file in a new browser tab. In list view, selecting a row does the same.
  • Download saves the file to your computer.
  • Copy URL copies the file's address and shows "URL copied to clipboard". Paste it where a screen asks for a URL, for example a video address on a landing page. Open the copied address in a new browser tab first to check that the file opens.
  • Delete asks you to confirm in Delete File. The window says the action cannot be undone.

Where else you see these files

  • Relations -> the relation -> Files tab shows the same files, grouped as Image files, Video Files, Files and Scenes and Videos, with search, download and delete. See Relations and CRM.
  • Visualization saves AI images, PNG exports and rendered videos here, and its pickers read from the same files. See Visualization.
  • Social Media posts can attach media with Add Image, Add Video and Browse All Media. See Social Media and WhatsApp.
  • Landing Pages take video and image addresses. Use Copy URL here and paste it. See Landing pages.

Good to know

  • Projects you save in Visualization (scenes, image projects, Video Editor projects) are stored as files too, so they can appear in this list. They hold project data, not media. Open them from Visualization.
  • If a file does not show up in a picker, check that it belongs to the relation the picker is using.
  • Before you delete a file, check the landing pages, posts and booking pages that use its link.
